In 2016, Amélie Prévost was crowned champion at the Coupe du monde de slam-poésie competition in Paris. That same year, as part of the Quebec team, she also won first place at the SlamMons and Friends competition in Belgium, and toured Normandy with her spoken word performances. She has authored and performed two solo shows, L'histoire de la fille... un show de spoken word (2010-13), and Ma langue dans ton oreille (2013-16). In 2017 her first poetry collection, Corps Flottants, will be published at Éditions Neige-Galerie. She has also co-authored the script of the graphic novel Le fil d'Ariane, published by Éditions Ber-Ber.
