Christian Milat has published many studies on creative writing and the French novel of the 20th and 21st centuries, the subjects he currently teaches at the University of Ottawa's French Department. He is also the editor of the collection Voix savantes for the Ottawa publisher Éditions David, and is senior editor of @nalyses, a journal of criticism and literary theory. He has published two poetry collections, Douleureuse aurore (David, 2006) and Si je connaissais"¦ (David, 2016).
