Dominique Bernier-Cormier is a Québécois/Acadian poet writing in both French in English. In 2017, he won The Fiddlehead's Ralph Gustafson Prize for Best Poem. His first book, Correspondent, was published by Goose Lane Editions in 2018 and was longlisted for the League of Canadian Poets' Raymond Souster Award. He is currently at work on a collection of poems and essays about Acadian linguistic identity and climate change in southern Louisiana.
