Chloé LaDuchesse is the author of the noir novel L’incendiaire de Sudbury, which was featured in Radio-Canada’s 2023 Combat des livres. She has also published Exosquelette (winner of the Trillium Award for poetry in French language; nominated for the Governor General’s literary awards for poetry) and Furies. Chloé was the fifth Poet Laureate of Sudbury; her tenure was brought to notoriety through the infamous ‘Parking Poem’ controversy. Under her civilian identity, she works in the book industry while pursuing a master’s degree in creative writing.
