In 1986 Hans Jongman joined Haiku Canada and was the co-host for ten years at the Deer Park Library for a Toronto haiku group. Hans has published four books with catkin press, most recently a memoir in haibun called Swooning and his haiku collection Below the Frostline. He now lives in Welland, Ontario.
