Claudia Coutu Radmore is the President of Haiku Canada and past President of KaDo, Ottawa, which supports the writing of Japanese form poetry. Recent full collections in Japanese forms are of tanka in fish spine picked clean (Éditions des petits nuages, 2018, Ottawa), of haiku in the business of isness (Éditions des petits nuages, 2017, Ottawa), and of gendai in cough of a sloth (phafours press, 2017, Ottawa) In lyric poetry, a series of poems, short-listed for the Malahat Long Poem Prize, 2017, has been published as On Fogo (The Alfred Gustav Press, 2018, North Vancouver) A collection similar to one of hers shortlisted for the 2018 Vallum Chapbook Award will come out as Camera Obscura in March 2019 with above/ground press, and will be available at VERSeFest. Accidentals (Apt. 9 Press, 2011, Ottawa), won the 2011 bpNichol Chapbook Award. Your Hands Discover Me/ Tes mains me découvrent (Éditions du tanka francophone, Montreal) and a moment or two/ without remembering (Two Cultures Press, Sudbury) were published in 2010. Her work has been published in most Canadian Literary journals. Her latest will be in the Spring 2019 edition of subTerrain as runner-up in the 16th Annual Lush Triumphant Literary Contest.
