Shawn K is an Ottawa-based spoken word poet who was part of the 2017 National Semi-Finalist Ottawa Slam Team Urban Legends. His poetry often explores his work as a medical resident in Psychiatry and has appeared in the Canadian Medical Association Journal (CMAJ) in print and online.
