Margaret Michèle Cook is the author of eight poetry collections, the first five of which, starting with Envers le jour, published in 1994 and shortlisted for the Prix du Salon du livre de Toronto, were published by Éditions du Nordir. After this publisher ceased operations, her next three books were published by Éditions l'Interligne, including Chronos í sa table de travail, winner of the Ottawa Book Award in 2009, En contrepoint: les figures de l'í®le in 2012 and Lanterna magica - la lanterne magique en 2015.
