Rebecca Kempe is a writer, zinester, and multidisciplinary artist. Her poetry, which explores societal, interpersonal, and technological tensions, has been published in flo., Sumac Literary Magazine, and elsewhere. Her essay, “The ‘Beauty’ of My Existence”, was featured in Best Canadian Essays 2025. She is the author of There’s Nothing to See Here/Nothing Happens Here, a two-part zine which explores the stagnant (but at times welcome) stillness of suburban Ottawa through photography and prose.
